DESCRIPTION

IMP7Z422 is a sealed snap-action pushbutton switch from the IM series featuring a 12 mm bushing diameter with a flat round actuator, NC+NO electrical function, and quick-connect terminals for momentary operation. The switch delivers tactile feedback with an audible click and is sealed to IP67 according to IEC 60529, providing protection against dust and water ingress. It is rated for a maximum current/voltage of 3A at 28VDC with resistive load, an initial contact resistance of 100 mO maximum, and an insulation resistance of 1 GO minimum at 500VDC, with a dielectric strength of 500 Vrms between terminals. The switch operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, features a total travel of 1.7 mm (±0.3 mm), and supports panel thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 10 mm with a mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles. This sealed switch is ideal for industrial control panels, harsh environments, and applications requiring high reliability and environmental protection.
