DESCRIPTION
The IPP3SAD2 is a round non-illuminated pushbutton switch with a flat actuator and solder lug terminals, designed for harsh environments with a 12 mm bushing diameter and momentary operation. It features a normally open (NO) electrical function with silver gold-plated contacts, delivering a maximum current/voltage rating of 0.2 A at 48 VDC for 500,000 cycles or 0.5 A at 48 VAC for 500,000 cycles, with an initial contact resistance of 100 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 1 GO minimum at 500 VDC. The switch is sealed to IP67 and IP69K standards, offers tactile feedback with a typical operating force of 6 N ± 2 N, and provides mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles at low level. Its robust construction with thermoplastic UL94-V0 case, polyamide 6/6 actuator, and zinc die-cast bushing makes it ideal for industrial control panels, emergency stop systems, and applications requiring reliable operation in demanding environments.
