DESCRIPTION

The SMCD137AK2 is a dual push button coding switch featuring BCD complement encoding designed for precision input applications. It incorporates gold-over-nickel contact surfaces on copper with abrasion-resistant hard gold plating, achieving low and stable contact resistance below 100 mO. The switch operates at voltages up to 40V with dynamic contact loads of 100 mA and static loads up to 1A, housed in a PPO enclosure with a 7.62 mm width. Mechanical specifications include an operating force of approximately 4N, mechanical lifetime of 1,000,000 switching steps, and ambient temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. ISO 9001:2000 certified production with 100% electronic final inspection ensures reliable operation in industrial control panels, instrumentation, and data entry systems where precise decimal or binary-coded decimal input is required.
