DESCRIPTION
The 02977490 is a two-piece terminal from the APEX® 2.8 series, designed for robust performance in demanding environments. It features a two-piece box and blade construction with an integrated floating spring, ensuring low contact mating force of less than 5 N and a high current capacity of up to 40 A. This terminal accommodates a wide wire gauge range from 22 to 10 AWG (0.35 to 6.0 mm²) and is available with tin, silver, or gold plating options. Engineered to withstand temperatures up to 150°C and vibrations up to 30 G, it is ideal for use in various automotive systems and is compatible with APEX® 2.8 Unsealed, Sealed, Mixed, ErgoMate™, and SensoMate™ series housings.
