DESCRIPTION

The 12066214 is an APEX® 2.8 series terminal designed for robust automotive and off-highway vehicle applications. It features a two-piece construction with an integrated floating spring, which ensures a reliable connection with a low contact mating force of less than 5 N. This terminal is engineered to handle a maximum current of 40 A and can operate in high-temperature environments up to 150°C with a vibration tolerance of up to 30 G. Designed for a 2.8 mm blade, it supports a wide wire size range from 22 to 10 AWG. Its heavy-duty performance makes it compatible with a variety of APEX® 2.8 series housings, including sealed, unsealed, and mixed-series connectors.
