DESCRIPTION

12084167 is a compact low-voltage automotive connector featuring a cable-sealed female housing with 2.8 mm blade cavity configuration, designed specifically for on-engine sensor applications. The connector supports cavity counts of 2, 3, and 4 positions with a 5.0 mm centerline spacing and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It delivers a maximum current rating of 33 A at 23°C with a contact resistance below 3 mO and exhibits superior vibration resistance of 25 G, meeting IP68 and IPX9K environmental protection standards. The connector features a single-piece housing construction with Primary Lock Reinforcement (PLR) for terminal detection, complies with USCAR design guidelines, and is compatible with CTS 2.8 Series terminals, making it ideal for heavy-duty automotive electrical systems requiring robust performance and high reliability.
