DESCRIPTION
The 12124107 is a CTS 12 female locking lance terminal designed for robust, high-power connections. This two-piece terminal features a tanged/lanced locking mechanism and is constructed to handle a wire gauge range of 10 - 35 mm² (7 - 2 AWG). It supports a maximum current of 200 A at 23°C and can operate at temperatures up to 170°C. Key features include a mechanical locking box for ultrasonic welding robustness, improved pull-out force, and a welding pad that allows for 90/180° cable orientation. Offering excellent performance in high-vibration environments up to 30 G, it is a reliable solution for demanding automotive power applications using either copper or aluminum wire.
