DESCRIPTION

The 15497399 is a 14-cavity female connector from the APEX 2.8 Sealed Series, engineered for robust performance in harsh environments. This mat-sealed connector accepts 2.8 mm blade terminals and features a compact design with a 5.25 mm centerline spacing. It meets or exceeds USCAR performance standards, operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, and is rated for IP68 environmental protection. The housing includes a Primary Lock Reinforcement (PLR) for secure terminal seating and mechanical polarization, making it ideal for sealed inline and device applications where protection from heat, vibration, and moisture is critical.
