DESCRIPTION

The AXA01CC18-L is an isolated dual-output DC/DC converter from Artesyn's AXA series, designed to convert 9–36 Vdc input to ±15V outputs with a maximum output current of ±0.84 A and 25 W total power. The converter features an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range, 1,500 Vdc input/output isolation, and operates at a switching frequency of 285 kHz with 89% efficiency. It is fully encapsulated in a compact 1.0 × 1.0 × 0.4 inch metal case with an isolated baseplate, incorporating hiccup mode short-circuit protection, remote On/Off control, and output voltage tolerance of ±2.0%. The device operates reliably across -40°C to +80°C ambient temperature and is ideal for industrial, telecommunications, and embedded systems requiring isolated dual-rail power supplies with high reliability and compact form factor.
