DESCRIPTION

The LCM12K-SHF-S is a 12 kWatt power shelf designed to provide centralized current sourcing for medium to large-scale LED lighting and horticulture applications. It houses three 4 kW power modules in a compact 19" 1U rack-mount shelf (504.3 mm × 446.3 mm × 43.7 mm) with hot-plug replacement capability for maximum reliability and simplified maintenance. The unit accepts high-line three-phase input voltage from 342 to 528 Vac (380/480 Vac nominal), delivers a nominal output voltage of 250 Vdc with adjustment range from 100 to 300 Vdc, and provides a maximum output current of 48 A with an output current adjustment range of 0.48 to 16 A. Operating efficiency reaches up to 95%, and the shelf is rated for ambient temperatures from 0°C to +50°C with a storage temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Multiple shelves can be stacked in a 16U cabinet (up to 12 shelves for 144 kW total) to support large-scale grow operations, offering industrial-grade safety certifications (UL/CSA/EN/IEC 62368-1), RoHS 3 compliance, and a five-year warranty.
