DESCRIPTION

The NLP40-7615J is a compact 24V single-output power supply module designed for embedded and industrial applications requiring reliable DC power conversion. It accepts universal input voltage from 90–264 Vac or 120–370 Vdc and delivers a regulated 24V output at up to 2.6 A maximum (3.6 A peak), with a total regulation of ±2.0% and output ripple of 150 mV. The module features a compact 4.25 × 2.5 × 1.15 inch package suitable for 1U applications, operates over an ambient temperature range of 0°C to +70°C with natural convection cooling (40 W) or up to 50 W with 20 CFM forced air cooling, and includes overvoltage and short-circuit protection with cyclic operation capability. It meets stringent safety and EMC standards including UL 60950, VDE 0805, EN55022 Level B conducted emissions, and EN61000-4-2 through -4-6 immunity requirements, making it ideal for telecommunications, industrial control, and embedded computing systems where compact form factor and high reliability are essential.
