DESCRIPTION

AFFC-050-50-153-11 is a flat ribbon cable assembly designed for low-voltage signal and power distribution applications. The cable features tinned copper conductors with 0.5mm pitch spacing, 43µm PET insulation, and a 225µm PET blue support tape, with a total cable length of 152.4±2mm. It is rated for a maximum current of 0.5A and voltage of 90V, with conductor resistance less than 1.89O/m and contact resistance below 20mO, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The assembly demonstrates excellent mechanical durability with tensile strength exceeding 3.5kg/mm², elongation greater than 60%, and passes flexing tests of 180° over 20 cycles and abrasion testing exceeding 10,000 cycles. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with UL20890 certification at 105°C and 90V (VW-1 rating), this cable is ideal for consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment requiring compact, reliable interconnections.
