DESCRIPTION
The AR-06-HZL/01-TT is a 6-pin connector header designed for reliable electrical interconnections in electronic assemblies. It features beryllium copper contacts with heat treatment and brass machined pins (CuZn38Pb2), with HZL plating consisting of 2 µm nickel and 80 µm tin on the outer sleeve. The connector supports a maximum current rating of 3 Amps per contact with a contact resistance of 4 mO maximum, and operates at voltages up to 60V AC/DC with an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum at 100V. The insulator is made from glass-filled PBT material rated UL94V-0 in black, ensuring flame resistance and durability. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and mechanical life cycle of 200 cycles minimum, this connector is suitable for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics requiring robust, long-term reliability.
