DESCRIPTION

The 7957A-010-1000 is a robust Category 5e multi-conductor cable engineered for reliable data transmission in demanding industrial settings. It is constructed with four bonded pairs of 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors and features a dual shield design with an overall Beldfoil® shield (100% coverage) and a tinned copper braid shield (70% coverage) for superior noise immunity. The cable is enclosed in an industrial-grade, sunlight- and oil-resistant PVC jacket, allowing it to operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +75°C. It is well-suited for applications such as Industrial Ethernet, EtherNet/IP™, Gigabit Ethernet, and RS-422 in noisy or outdoor (CMX) environments.
