The 8719-CHR-U1000 is a 2-conductor 16 AWG electronic cable featuring tinned copper conductors with 19x29 stranding and polyethylene insulation designed for low-voltage analog signals, digital control, and audio applications. The cable incorporates a 100% Beldfoil (aluminum/polyfilm) overall shield with an 18 AWG tinned copper drain wire, providing excellent electromagnetic interference protection. The outer PVC jacket has a nominal diameter of 0.313 inches with a 0.032-inch wall thickness, and the cable is rated for 600V RMS (UL AWM Style 20253), 300V RMS (UL CM), and 150V RMS (UL CL2). Key electrical characteristics include a nominal conductor DC resistance of 4.5 Ohm/1000ft, characteristic impedance of 65 Ohm, and a maximum recommended current of 7 Amps per conductor at 25°C ambient temperature.
