DESCRIPTION

1583A-0101000 is a CAT5e (200MHz) 4-pair unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) horizontal premise cable designed for riser applications. It features 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors with polyolefin insulation, a PVC jacket with a nominal diameter of 0.190 inches, and includes a ripcord for easy installation. The cable offers a maximum conductor DCR of 93.8 Ohm/km, nominal mutual capacitance of 15 pF/ft, and impedance of 100 ± 15 Ohm. With UL 1666 Riser flammability rating and 300 V RMS voltage rating, this black cable on a 1,000 ft reel is suitable for indoor horizontal cabling supporting Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, 100BaseVG, ATM, and various video applications.
