DESCRIPTION

The 8205-CHR-100 is a two-conductor electronic cable designed for low-voltage analog signals, digital control, audio, and computer communication applications. It features 20 AWG (7×28) tinned copper conductors with PVC insulation (0.0145 in nominal wall thickness) and a PVC outer jacket (0.180 in nominal diameter, 0.025 in wall thickness). The cable operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C with a UL voltage rating of 300 V and a maximum recommended current of 3.7 A per conductor at 20°C ambient. It exhibits a nominal conductor DC resistance of 10 O/1000 ft and a capacitance of 24.5 pF/ft, with a bulk cable weight of 16 lbs/1000 ft and a minimum bend radius of 2 in. This cable is ideal for panel wiring, instrumentation, and control systems requiring reliable low-voltage signal transmission in industrial and commercial environments.
