DESCRIPTION

The 8310-CHR-1000 is a 1,000 ft length of multi-pair EIA RS-232 computer cable designed for extended distance data transmission. It features 10 twisted pairs of 22 AWG stranded (7x30) tinned copper conductors with semi-rigid PVC insulation. For excellent noise immunity, the cable incorporates an overall Beldfoil® tape shield for 100% coverage and a tinned copper braid shield with 65% coverage. This robust construction, enclosed in a PVC jacket, is ideal for applications such as computer communications, low voltage analog signals (4-20mA, 0-10V), digital control, and panel wiring.
