DESCRIPTION

The 8503-WHT-1000 is a tinned copper hook-up/lead wire conforming to MIL-W-16878/1 specifications, designed for internal wiring applications in meters, panels, and electrical or electronic equipment. The wire features 22 AWG conductors with 7x30 stranding of tinned copper, providing excellent corrosion resistance and solderability. The insulation consists of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a wall thickness of 0.010 inches and an overall nominal diameter of 0.050 inches. The product is rated for 600V at 105°C continuous operation and complies with RoHS, WEEE, ELV, and BFR directives, as well as China RoHS requirements. This wire is ideal for applications requiring reliable, color-coded internal connections in industrial control systems, instrumentation, and consumer electronics where temperature stability and regulatory compliance are essential.
