DESCRIPTION

The 8760-CHR-250 is a multi-conductor shielded twisted pair cable designed for reliable signal transmission in industrial and commercial applications. It features 18 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors (16x30 stranding) with polyethylene insulation, a twisted pair configuration with 4.8 twists per foot, and an overall Beldfoil shield providing 100% coverage with a 20 AWG tinned copper drain wire. The cable is rated for operation from -20°C to +60°C with a UL temperature rating of 60°C (UL AWM Style 2092), and offers a characteristic impedance of 57 ohms with a maximum operating voltage of 300 V RMS. This cable is ideal for applications requiring EMI/RFI protection, such as instrumentation, data acquisition, and control systems, where signal fidelity and noise immunity are essential.
