DESCRIPTION

The 8761-CHR-500 is a two-conductor 22 AWG tinned copper cable designed for low-voltage analog signals, digital control, line-level audio, and computer communication applications. It features 7x30 stranded tinned copper conductors with polyethylene insulation (0.017 in nominal wall thickness) and a 100% Beldfoil (aluminum/polyfilm) overall shield with a 22 AWG tinned copper drain wire. The cable is jacketed with PVC (0.175 in nominal diameter, 0.025 in wall thickness) and is rated for 300 V with a UL CM classification suitable for indoor panel wiring and control systems. Operating over a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C with a characteristic impedance of 64 Ohm, this cable delivers reliable performance for instrumentation, building automation, and industrial control applications requiring shielded low-voltage transmission.
