DESCRIPTION

The 8771-CHR-500 is a three-conductor 22 AWG (7x30) tinned copper cable with polyethylene insulation and an overall Beldfoil® shield, designed for low-voltage analog signals, control circuits, and audio communications. The cable features a bi-laminate aluminum and polyester shield with 100% coverage and a 22 AWG tinned copper drain wire, providing excellent electromagnetic interference protection. The outer PVC jacket has a nominal thickness of 0.033 in (0.84 mm) and an overall cable diameter of 0.199 in (5.05 mm). Electrical characteristics include a nominal conductor DC resistance of 17.8 Ohm/1000ft, conductor-to-conductor capacitance of 23 pF/ft, and a maximum current rating of 6 Amps per conductor at 30°C. The cable is rated for 300 V (CM, UL AWM 2093) and operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C with a stationary minimum bend radius of 0.56 in (14 mm). This cable is ideal for panel wiring, voice communications, and low-voltage control applications in indoor environments, with compliance to UL 1685, IEC 60332-1-2, and RoHS 2 directives.
