DESCRIPTION

The 76-0531-1011-00004-0200 is an M12 male panel mount connector designed for industrial automation and sensor/actuator applications. It features 4 unshielded contacts with single-wire termination (0.25 mm² / AWG 24), a screw locking system, and IP68 degree of protection suitable for harsh environments. The connector is rated for 250 V and 4 A (3 A UL), with an insulation resistance greater than 108 O and a rated impulse voltage of 2500 V. It operates across a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C, supports more than 100 mating cycles, and comes with a standard 0.2 m wire length. The zinc die-cast nickel-plated housing with gold-plated brass contacts ensures durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for plant engineering, control systems, and electrical equipment construction in demanding industrial environments.
