DESCRIPTION

The 2026-20-CLF is a 3-pole gas discharge tube (GDT) designed for transient overvoltage protection in telecommunications, industrial, commercial, and consumer electronics applications. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 200 V at 100 V/s and impulse sparkover voltages of 425 V at 100 V/µs and 625 V at 1000 V/µs, providing reliable protection against surge events. The device has a compact form factor of approximately 8 mm diameter and 11 mm length, with balanced TRIGARD technology and high surge current rating capability. It is UL recognized, RoHS compliant, and rated for impulse discharge currents up to 40,000 A (8/20 µs) with stable breakdown characteristics throughout its operational life. The CLF designation indicates this is a RoHS-compliant version with lead configuration suitable for telecommunications and industrial protection circuits.
