DESCRIPTION

The 2036-09-BLF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ Series gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed for robust performance in harsh environments. This 3-electrode surface mount device features a compact 5 mm diameter package with a DC sparkover voltage of 90 V (±25%) at 100 V/s, impulse sparkover of 250 V at 100 V/µs and 550 V at 1000 V/µs, and a nominal insulation resistance of 10¹° O initially. The device operates reliably over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with low capacitance (<2 pF at 1 MHz), stable performance, and long-term reliability. It is ideal for outdoor communications equipment and applications exposed to harsh environmental conditions, offering UL recognition and RoHS compliance for modern electronic protection requirements.
