DESCRIPTION

The 3005P-1-103 is a 3/4" rectangular Trimpol® trimming potentiometer designed for precision adjustment in industrial applications. This sealed multiturn wirewound device features a 10,000 ohm (10K) resistance with ±10% tolerance, 20 turns of adjustment travel, and a nominal resolution of 0.3%, providing fine-tuning capability for circuit calibration. The potentiometer is sealed to prevent contamination from fluxing, soldering, and cleaning processes, with an insulation resistance of 100 megohms at 500 VDC and dielectric strength of 1,000 VAC at sea level. Operating across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C, it delivers 1 watt power rating at 70°C and maintains stability through 200 rotational cycles with 4% maximum resistance change. The device is ideal for test equipment, instrumentation, and industrial control systems requiring reliable, sealed adjustment mechanisms.
