DESCRIPTION

The 3057J-1-103 is a Trimpot® trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, designed as a sealed, rectangular multiturn wirewound component for industrial panel-mount applications. It features a 10,000 ohm resistance value with ±5% tolerance, 22 turns of adjustment travel, and a nominal resolution of 0.34%. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C, and delivers 1 watt power rating at 70°C. With an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500 VDC, dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC at sea level, and RoHS compliance, this trimmer is well-suited for precision adjustment applications in instrumentation, signal processing, and industrial control systems where reliability and long-term stability are essential.
