DESCRIPTION

The 3057J-1-501M is a Bourns Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for precision resistance adjustment in industrial applications. This multiturn wirewound device features a 500 ohm resistance value with ±5% tolerance, 22 turns of adjustment travel, and a nominal resolution of 0.89%. The unit is housed in a 1-1/4" rectangular sealed package with solderable pins and flexible leads (7 strands of 30 AWG), rated for 1 watt at 70°C and operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C. The potentiometer is RoHS compliant, listed on the QPL for style RT12 per MIL-PRF-27208, and includes mechanical stops with a maximum adjustment torque of 8.0 oz-in. It is commonly used in circuit tuning, calibration, and signal conditioning applications where reliable, sealed performance and precise resistance adjustment are required.
