DESCRIPTION

The 3214J-1-501E is a 5-turn Trimpot® trimming potentiometer featuring a 4 mm square surface-mount design with a sealed cermet element rated for industrial applications. This device offers a resistance range of 10 ohms to 2 megohms with ±10% standard tolerance, essentially infinite resolution, and is halogen-free and RoHS compliant. It is sealed to withstand board wash processing and features a pick-and-place centering design with flush adjustment capability. The trimmer operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a power rating of 0.25 watts at 85°C, making it suitable for precision tuning applications in industrial control systems, instrumentation, and consumer electronics requiring reliable post-assembly adjustment.
