DESCRIPTION

The 3223J-1-501E is a surface-mount 3 mm square multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer designed for industrial applications requiring sealed construction to withstand standard board wash processing. This device features a resistance value of 500 O with a standard tolerance of ±20%, an adjustment angle of 11 turns nominal, and essentially infinite resolution. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and is rated for 0.125 watts at 70°C with a maximum dielectric strength of 600 VAC at sea level. The trimmer is sealed, features a flush adjustment screw with top-adjust configuration, and meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standard footprints, making it ideal for automated pick-and-place assembly in precision calibration and signal conditioning circuits.
