The 3224W-1-500E is a surface-mount 4 mm square multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer designed for industrial applications requiring sealed construction to withstand board wash processing. It features a 500 ohm resistance value with ±10% tolerance, essentially infinite resolution, and a low contact resistance variation of 1% or 3 ohms maximum. The device operates with a 12-turn nominal adjustment angle and supports IR reflow soldering as standard, with top-adjust styling and pick-and-place centering design for automated assembly.
