DESCRIPTION

The 3252X-1-104M is a 1/2" square Trimpot trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, featuring multiturn cermet construction with sealed design for reliable performance in demanding applications. This device offers a standard resistance of 100 kO with ±10% tolerance, infinite resolution, and 25 turns of effective travel, delivering precise voltage and resistance adjustability of ±0.01% and ±0.05% respectively. It operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and provides 0.75 watts power rating at 85°C with 1,000 MO minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC. The potentiometer features solderable printed circuit pins with flexible leads, mechanical stops with wiper idle position, and is listed on the QPL for style RJ22 per MIL-R-22097, making it suitable for precision trimming applications in industrial instrumentation, signal processing, and calibration circuits.
