DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-1-152LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 1500 ohms (code 152). This 14-pin component operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V and maintains a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 MO, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values. The device is rated for 2.00 watts at 70°C and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF suffix) ensures compatibility with modern manufacturing processes and automatic insertion equipment, making it suitable for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision resistor network requirements.
