DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-103 is a thick-film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin package with a 10 kO resistance value at ±2% tolerance. The device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and maintains TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values. It is rated for a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS and an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum. The package delivers 2.25 watts total power rating at 70°C with individual resistor power ratings of 0.250 watts, making it suitable for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination circuits where compact, reliable resistor networks are required.
