DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-122LF is a thick-film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a nominal resistance of 1200 ohms (code 122). This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 MO. The device delivers a power rating of 0.250 watt per resistor at 70°C and maintains superior package integrity with a molded DIP configuration compatible with automatic insertion equipment. The tin-plated (RoHS-compliant) termination meets MIL-STD-202 Method 208 solderability requirements, making it suitable for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision circuit implementations requiring reliable resistor networks.
