DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-220LF is a thick-film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a 220 ohm resistance value and tin-plated (RoHS compliant) termination. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C. The resistor network exhibits superior package integrity, is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test standards including thermal shock, moisture resistance, and soldering heat resistance. The device is ideal for applications such as DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination, where multiple isolated resistor elements are required in a compact molded package.
