DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-223LF is a thick-film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 22 kO per element. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and incorporates tin-plated (RoHS compliant) termination for lead-free soldering compatibility. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and maintains TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, with a package power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C. The device is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, offers superior package integrity with a Novolac epoxy body, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including thermal shock, moisture resistance, and soldering heat resistance.
