DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-331 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin configuration with a resistance code of 331 (330 ohms). This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and offers a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O to 2.2 MO. The device provides a power rating of 0.250 watt per resistor at 70°C and features superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant versions available. The 4116R-1-331 is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and is commonly used in DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI applications where multiple isolated resistor elements are required in a compact molded package.
