DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-501 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin low-profile configuration. This component offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device provides superior package integrity, is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and features improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%. The 4116R-1-501 is ideal for applications including DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and other precision resistor network applications requiring isolated resistor elements.
