DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-560 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin configuration. This component supports a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. The device offers superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant versions available, improved tolerance options down to ±0.5%, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. Key environmental performance includes an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, and excellent stability under load life, moisture resistance, and thermal shock conditions. This resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and other precision circuit applications requiring multiple isolated resistor elements.
