DESCRIPTION

4304M-102-500 is a 4-pin isolated thick-film molded resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring two isolated resistors of equal value with each resistor connected between two separate pins. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 0.40 watts per resistor at 70°C, and maintains a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C across the 50 O to 2.2 megohm range. It offers a resistance tolerance of ±2% for the 500 ohm value, operates reliably over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and features superior package integrity with compatibility for automatic insertion equipment. This isolated configuration is ideal for applications requiring independent resistor elements such as SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications where signal isolation and precision are essential.
