DESCRIPTION

The 4306M-101-272LF is a 6-pin thick-film molded SIP resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration (101 circuit) with 5 equal-value resistors connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins. This medium-profile device offers a power rating of 0.90 watts at 70°C with improved tolerance to ±0.5%, and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO). The resistor network supports a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, features superior package integrity, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF suffix) and robust construction make it ideal for applications requiring reliable termination networks in DRAM, SCSI, and other high-reliability electronic systems.
