DESCRIPTION

The 4306R-101-103 is a 6-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration where resistors are connected between a common pin and individual pins. This low-profile device is compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, offering superior package integrity with a Novolac epoxy body and copper solder-coated lead frame. The network supports a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 megohms), and a power rating of 0.20 watt per resistor at 70°C. The device is RoHS compliant and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including load life (±1.00%), moisture resistance (±0.50%), and thermal shock (±0.25%), making it suitable for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and precision signal conditioning circuits.
