The 4308H-102-121 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network from Bourns' 4300H Series, featuring a high-profile configuration that offers increased power handling capability. This component incorporates 4 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a package power rating of 1.60 watts at 70°C. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohm minimum, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The 102 electrical configuration provides isolated resistor elements suitable for applications requiring independent resistor paths, such as DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks, while maintaining superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment.
