DESCRIPTION

The 4309R-101-153LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a 9-pin bussed configuration with a resistance value of 15 kO. This low-profile component incorporates 9 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact solution for applications requiring multiple matched resistors. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and a power rating of 1.13 watts at 70 °C. It features RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination, superior package integrity, and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and other precision resistor network requirements in consumer and industrial electronics.
