DESCRIPTION

The 4309R-101-471LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a 9-pin bussed configuration with 470 ohm resistance elements. This low-profile component incorporates 9 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact solution for applications requiring multiple matched resistors. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and a power rating of 1.13 watts at 70 °C, with derating to zero power from +70 °C to +125 °C. The resistor tolerance is ±2% for the 50 ohms to 5 megaohms range, and the component meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). This RoHS-compliant device with tin-plated leads is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where space efficiency and precision matching are critical.
