DESCRIPTION

The 4310M-101-102LF is a 10-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring an isolated (102) circuit configuration with 5 independent resistors of equal value. This medium-profile component offers increased power handling capability of 1.50 watts at 70°C and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device incorporates improved tolerance to ±0.5% and features superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations, making it compatible with automatic insertion equipment. Typical applications include DRAM termination, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision signal processing circuits where multiple isolated resistors are required in a compact form factor.
