DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-101-472 is a 10-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network with a bussed electrical configuration, designed for high-density circuit applications. This component features a low-profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, with superior package integrity and RoHS-compliant versions available. The resistor network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C per package, and individual resistors rated at 0.20 watts. It exhibits excellent temperature stability with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO) and TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, along with improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%. The device is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor networks are required in compact form factors.
