DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-101-562LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring 10 pins in a bussed configuration with a resistance value of 5.6 kO. This component incorporates 10 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact and integrated solution for circuit termination and biasing applications. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, a package power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C, and a power rating per resistor of 0.30 watt at 70°C. It features RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations, low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and superior package integrity with a body material of Novolac epoxy and copper solder-coated lead frame. The 4310R-101-562LF is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable, space-efficient resistor integration is required.
