DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-101-683LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring 10 pins in a bussed configuration with a resistance value of 68 kO. This low-profile component incorporates 10 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact solution for applications requiring multiple matched resistors. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C (for resistances above 2.2 MO) and a TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, ensuring stable performance across temperature variations. The package is rated for 1.25 watts at 70°C with power derating to zero from +70°C to +125°C, and features RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations for lead-free soldering. This resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where precision matching and low profile are essential.
